On Women's Leadership & Creating Our Path
Marissa C. Wesely is a Partner at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP and chair of the Firm's Women's Committee. She is a member of the Executive Committee of DirectWomen (a project of the American Bar Association and Catalyst to improve corporate board diversity), and a member of the Board of Directors of The Global Fund for Women and Legal Momentum - The Women's Legal Defense and Education Fund. Marissa reminds us that it's important to stay visible, and speak up to confront subconscious gender biases.
