Marsha Firestone, Founder and President of the Women Presidents’ Organization (WPO), tells of her journey launching the Women's President's Organization, which began in 1997 as a peer advisory organization for women who own multi million dollar businesses. She gives us her "four points" of advice in building our careers and finding our path.
